PERSONALIZED GROUP TRAINING
We offer personalized group training classes designed to prepare you for anything that life throws at you! With smaller, more personal classes of 4-10 participants, you will have more hands-on attention to ensure proper form and technique while experiencing a broad range of fitness disciplines including olympic lifting, body weight resistance, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, cardio, plyometrics, stretching and more!

Kickoff your day with a 1 hour high intensity workout designed to build strength, improve cardio and elevate your energy!
Olympic lifting, kettlebells, body weight resistance, functional training and more.
SWEAT & STRETCH with Lisa
WEDNESDAY 6-7PM
30 minutes of power movements and drills designed to elevate your heart rate and make you sweat!
Followed by 30 minutes of stretching and mobility training.
