We offer personalized group training classes designed to prepare you for anything that life throws at you! With smaller, more personal classes of 4-10 participants, you will have more hands-on attention to ensure proper form and technique while experiencing a broad range of fitness disciplines including olympic lifting, body weight resistance, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, cardio, plyometrics, stretching and more!

MONDAY 6:15-7:15pm | WEDNESDAY 6:15-7:15pm
The ultimate barbell bootcamp with an emphasis on technique, power, strength and intentional movements for all levels. We complete the class with a Metcon-style finisher and targeted core work.
