We offer personalized group training classes designed to prepare you for anything that life throws at you! With smaller, more personal classes of 4-10 participants, you will have more hands-on attention to ensure proper form and technique while experiencing a broad range of fitness disciplines including olympic lifting, body weight resistance, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, cardio, plyometrics, stretching, yoga and more!
